COVER LETTER: Dear Sir/ Madam Re: Application for Health and Safety Assistant role. OBJECTIVE: a position within the Health & Safety environment where I can fully utilise my skills. I have vast experience working in the Health and Safety sector specifically within construction, highways, retail, logistics and a warehouse environment. My main health and safety experience has been working for Ringway Ltd as a Health and Safety Representative and Birse Construction as a Site Safety Officer. Carrying out these roles meant among other things implementing health and safety regulations, providing health and safety reports and carrying out risk assessments and health and safety inspections. I also am qualified in Health and Safety and have Level 3 Occupational Health and Safety, Level 2 Health and Safety for Managers and Supervisors and am also studying towards NEBOSH qualification. I also possess a full and current driving licence. Since 2008 I have been seeking new opportunities in the area of Health and Safety with several work placements. I have continued to develop my skills undertaking a level 3 City and Guilds qualification and updated my CIEH manual handling certificate.
