Over 25 years of experience as a General Aircraft mechanic, flight line mechanic and Aircraft inspector, collateral duty inspector (C.D.I.). Performing aircraft acceptance, in progress, post inspections and F.O.D. inspections. Ensuring correct documentation of maintenance performed, as well as utilizing authorized, technical data, and required tools and measuring devices. Such as micrometers, depth gauges, cable tension meters and various torque devices. Assisting with monitoring several surveillance programs. Temporarily filling in as a CDQAR (Collateral Duty Inspector Quality Assurance Representative) when needed. Performed duties as a designated Crew Chief and Rescue Swimmer with over 1000 flight hours logged in rotary wing aircraft. Worked on both rotor wing and fixed wing assets while in the military while in a combat field environment, ship board over seas as well as state side. Worked extensively on maintenance, repair and overhaul of aviation ground support maintenance test and repair equipment, including repairs, upkeep, calibration and correlation of aircraft engine (turbine and propeller) test cell facilities. Performed all maintenance in accordance with Military specifications, technical manuals, schematics as well as wiring diagrams. Safely operated 7.5 Ton Lorain / Koering SCAMP cranes as well as fork lifts, tow tractor / tugs and numerous other models of ground support equipment. Supported port operations loading and unloading military retrograde equipment and materials into and out of conex shipping containers as a member of a ground crew team, in order to pass military agricultural and hazmat inspections.as well as safely and efficiently directing the placement, delivery and return of shipping containers working in conjunction with the military retch rough terrain container handling vehicle. Obtained a FCC General Radio Operators License (GROL) with Radar endorsement from the Federal Communications Commission . Held secret security clearance through out military career.
