Program encompassed mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and hand off to operation / owner components. * Led design and implementation of corporate wide Change Management Program that resulted in significant reduction of down time and production interruptions. * Instrumental in leadership efforts that resulted in previous mine employer receiving first place safety award from the Nevada Mining Association, for Medium size mines, in the state of Nevada in 2013. * Designed and implemented largest SO2 and H2S gas monitoring program in Nevada. Designed and implemented full training and IH supervision program for 300 employees.
