My work experience began at the age of seven, driving tractors in the tobacco field every summer for nine years. After graduating high school I began working at Chevrolet doing oil changes. After seven months I was advanced to a mechanic three years later I became an ASE (automotive service excellence) certified master tech by General Motors. After leaving Chevrolet and moving to Granite Manpower my focus moved to warranty work for the GE windmill division. There we worked on anything from semi-trucks for annual maintenance to rigging a 48,000lb nose cone at 320 feet high. Working there let me obtain my skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment with PLC and HIMs programming. I have gained experience as a heavy equipment operator, a fall arrest instructor, proper torque procedures, laser alignments and rigging lead.
