Description
* To teach and develop English as a Second Language courses of study for English Language Learners. My overall goal is to create learning strategies to accelerate English language acquisition for immigrants and refugees. * Through Professional Development Training in Classroom Management and Differentiated Instruction, educate teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals, community leaders, and parents on learning strategies to help schools meet ESL student learning objectives, decrease discipline problems increase student academic achievement and create a more positive school environment with more time devoted to instruction. * To provide Professional Development Training to urban school districts and charter schools to successfully implement The Ohio Teacher Evaluation System and a Praxis of Quality Controlled Public Education.
