Directing a hands-on well-rounded safe approach while understanding all aspects of risk management. * A persuasive communicator and negotiator who affects change and impacts decisions as a team leader. * Adept at discovering, analyzing and resolving problems. * Maintains relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, staff and company management. * Manage / assist in the preconstruction, planning, estimating and bidding processes. * Define, write and negotiate terms of agreements, RFI's and change orders. * Comprehensive team leadership abilities and experience. * Knowledgeable in Civil, Architectural, interior, MEP, all building trades, warranty, maintenance and operations. * Oversee, manage and direct construction projects from conception to completion. * Review the designs and project in-depth for constructability from preconstruction through commissioning. * Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building codes, construction documents and safety. * Coordinate and direct designers, construction trades and subcontractors (union & non-union). * Proficient in building processes, BIM, LEED, best practices, and all types of buildings and civil Infrastructure. * Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to project status. * Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging special conditions. * Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques and practices. * Lead Owner and Contractor meetings for project coordination scheduling and cost control. Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, Project, QuickBooks, PlanSwift, Procore, REVIT, Sketch Up & Bluebeam. * Continued studies and expanding skills in AIA, ADA, UBC, IBC, LEED, IDP, BIM, & Integrated Project Delivery. * OSHA, CPR, AED, and Red Cross First Aid.
