2. Extensive experience in ELISA, cell based potency assay, cSDS, cIEF, SEC, qPCR assay (rDNA, MMV, Mycoplasmid, and Copy number assay) and HIC method development, troubleshooting and validation of antibody/protein drug products and drug substances. 3. Advanced analytical methods development and validation, with special emphasis on HPLC (with UV, RI, CAD and ELSD detectors), LC-MS, and GC. 4. Hands on experience with purification and characterization of monoclonal antibodies, proteins, nucleosides, nucleotides, phospholipids, and small molecules. 5. Fluent in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese (includes reading, writing, and speaking languages).
