Mr. Wasser has over 44 years of knowledge and experience in Technical Support, Program Control, and Earned Value Management (EVM). He has supported Military Systems, NASA, and Commercial projects as a technician, analyst, trainer, and manager. He has extensive experience as a Program Manager and Senior Earned Value Management Analyst both as a contractor in support to Government programs and as a support services contractor providing support to major prime contractors. His experience includes more than 20 years of leading and managing both large and small work teams conducting and implementing all aspects of EVM Systems. He is a wInsight Tool Certified Instructor. His experience also includes "hands on" work experience implementing EVM at all levels of program management including: * Established management systems and subsystems: Work Definition and Authorization, Budgeting, Scheduling, Data Accumulation, Indirect Expense Management, Baseline and Change Control, Material Control and Accountability, Analysis of Variance, and Estimates-At-Completion. * Created and documented system policies and procedures. * Trained program offices in compliance to earned value management systems. * Reviewed contractors demonstrating compliance of their management systems.
