With over 35 years of construction experience starting as a laborer, electrician, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, Construction Manager, Director, Vice-President and COO, I am looking for a construction company that brings new opportunities and challenges. I incorporate this into a total team work attitude with a professional work ethic. I lead my team and 100's of sub-contractors and suppliers to complete any and all phases of construction projects. I provide mentoring to my staff, skilled trades, sub-contractors and suppliers. Being able to openly and effectively communicate to my team I am able to build a team spirit and attitude, in doing so they now think about who and what trade is following their work and what the end result of their work is.
