I am a highly experienced Paralegal and Notary Public, primarily with insurance defense firms. I have had positions with a few plaintiff firms also. I am extremely organized, proactive and require little to no supervision in my field, but welcome constructive criticism. I can operate all of the standard office equipment, and some Network systems. I have worked across the phone from claims representatives as a Paralegal and/or Notary for years, and have never had a problem I couldn't work out. I can travel, photograph accident scenes, take sworn statements, research, and specialize in trial preparation, participation with evidence (demonstrative and electronic), Elmo, etc. (federal courts), as well as witness prep. I am proficient in all state and federal filing requirement and procedures and online access. I am Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
