COVER LETTER: Dear Nurse Recruiter, I have been a L.V.N. for over 30 years in and out of acute care settings. I am currently working with trach/vent special needs peds. I am I.V. certified. I have also taken classes in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, Telemetry, Hemodynamics, PALS, as well as pre-hospital 1st responder triage courses. I have worked in CDCR facilities on their grounds hospitals, ER, and as a 1st responder, med and Treatment nurse clinics and Dr's line. Prior, I worked with Pediatric and neonate special needs of all sorts. I have experience as a Chemo infusion Nurse in a Hematology/Oncology -front and back office, manager (2nd nurse back up). I also have exsperience in Acute Care-as a registry nurse (Med/Surg, Tele, DOU, ER, ICU/CCU) in many different facilities, as well as well known Drug and ETOH Centers. I was a staff nurse in an ICU/CCU, for approximately 8 yrs. and intermittently working in an ER for approximately 6 yrs., and worked for years floating intermittently in PACU, U.R. and the only Case Manager for the hospital when needed. I have worked Long-term Vent/Trach units, and a TCU early in my career. I worked various hospitals through various registries.
