I have 26 years of experience in construction, the last 16 plus years in Industrial Construction Safety. I have been responsible for workers' safety in some of the most challenging environments in construction. Career leadership abilities have been demonstrated through successful interface with multiple project personnel, implementation and continual improvement of policies and procedures that enhances the quality of safety performance of the organization. I am looking for an opportunity not only to apply the skills I have learned, but to acquire new ones. SAFETY MANAGEMENT: Developed and administered comprehensive EHS programs within the construction industries. I have extensive experience in conducting OSHA compliance assessments, implementing compliance programs and preventative risk initiatives for new construction, construction demo work and power plant outages. I have conducted safety oversight and assessments of subcontractor safety practices and resolution of contractual and regulated safety issues as well as onsite investigations for damages of plant and company property and employee injury.
