Mr. Jones, a service disabled veteran, has almost 50 years of experience in leadership, management, systems engineering, causal investigations, project management, construction management, problem solving, FEMA Analysis, and maintenance of facilities and equipment including Category II Nuclear Facilities. He has an extensive knowledge of facility operating systems and has conducted identification and solution of problems and off-normal incidents in a Category II nuclear facility as well as RAD facilities. In his position as a leader in investigating off-normal incidents and facility problems, he has also led operational reviews and compliance reviews in several facilities. These efforts involved DOE/DOD Management, Battelle Management, researchers and various other workers. Additionally after retiring from Battelle he provided consultant services to Washington State Department of Ecology reviewing the Bechtel Corrective Actions process and results and he has worked as a FEMA analyst of the 2017 California Storm damage. attained include qualified for command of a submarine, certified weapons expert, Trident Missile Testing Officer, and Operations and Navigator of a Trident Submarine.
