I have primarily served in the capacity of an educator and a researcher. I have an extensive and demonstrated record of working both independently and as a part of a team to determine a capability gap or shortcoming and develop a means to address it. I've taken initiative to develop educational materials and exercise instructions, lectured and practiced on technical writing, increased physician patient referrals, and developed a novel tourniquet model in pigs that multiple senior scientists had previously attempted and failed at.
