I am currently seeking a position in the Insurance Industry. I have been licensed in property and casualty for over 25 years. Previously I worked as a Sales Producer and Underwriting and managed a State Farm Agency. I did hold my Life and Health License for 20 years but that is not active. I was trained in Life Insurance sales and obtained the LUTC certificate. I have been self employed managing real estate but I have always maintained my Insurance license and enjoyed that line of business. I was trained to analyze policy coverages and endorsements and to provide or inform clients of what coverages they have and make sure they have adequate limits and endorsements to cover exposures or risks in all areas. If a client needed Home Insurance, I was trained to ask leading questions to cover all risks such as adding personal articles floater, covering mortgage in the event of death or disability etc. I was trained in underwriting risks and handling claims. I am interested in positions that involve client sales, underwriting or claims. I am versatile and a quick study/learner. I am also interested in learning Commercial/Business products and open to visiting clients etc. I currently live in the South Philadelphia area and hope to secure a position with a reputable company in Philadelphia or within close boundaries.
