Here is a little about me, I'm a very down to earth person with a lot of interests. I follow Music, Movies, Sports, Health, and Technology on a regular basis. I love to sing in my spare time. I am a highly motivated individual with a very competitive drive to be successful not only for myself but also my peers. My style of managing are base on motivations and understanding the needs of people (Customers & Representatives). If you can understand the pains and frustrations of the customers, you can work toward resolving and satisfying their needs. And just like customers, we should treat our employee the same. If we can understand the employee's needs, frustrations, and goals, we can work toward boosting morale and happiness of our people. This will provide our people with the understanding of treating people how you would like to be treated philosophy. A very crucial aspect of Customer Service. Holding people accountable and consistently aiming at a higher goals. This comes with rewarding positive behaviors and coaching on the negative's. As a manager, I've promoted over 20 people into higher positions including manager's positions. Have the highest success in terms of metrics from my team for over 5 years. Lowest turn over rate of keeping employee and have the highest morale's team on the floor. Currently, there are over 30 of my once was or current representatives that are within our CE (Customer Experiences) Department. But my greatest achievement is how rewarded I feel knowing that I've made a difference in improving their lives.
