Standardized accounts receivables procedures and teamed with the collections department to insure receipt of receivables on time. Significantly improved cash flow by reducing collection time. Formulated a business plan with specific achievable goals including improving vendor relations, negotiating better terms for availability of products/services. Analyzed each clients' potential for purchasing and expanded the average sale per client. Worked as the point man for Diligent Boardbooks in the SE states to develop interest in our SAAS service, working with public companies and institutions and doing live and remote demonstrations to Board Members and top executives.
