Engine run certified my work experience includes aircraft minor and major skin repair such as riveting, patching, corrosion control, sealing and painting. Also worked fixed and rotor wing aircraft phases of operations: hydraulic pneumatic system trouble shooting, remove/replace major and sub-assemblies, environmental systems, flight control rigging and operational checkout on A-6, A-7, A-4, HH-53, HH-3F, HH52, P3C, KC-135A models: A, E, Q, & R, KC-10, Lockheed Electra, Boeings': 707, 720, 727, 737, DC9, DC8, DC10, Navy's Landing Craft Air Cushion/Hovercraft. Tested US Navy Hovercraft (LCAC) electrical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics systems, turbine power plant, lift systems gear boxes and drive mechanisms as Test Conductor. Recently performed as a Quality Assurance Inspector for UTC's Sikorsky and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne divisions where I interfaced with all functional organizations associated with Sikorsky and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne as well external customers and suppliers. Practice first time quality using Pratt & Whitney A.C.E. tools such as relentless root cause analysis (RRCA), mistake proofing, and the quality clinic process (QCPC) to improve internal quality and reduce external customer escapes.
