Description
Daily oversight and management of millions of square feet (1.1M-4.5M), hundreds of structures (100+ structures at one facility), over multiple locations (local and global), with thousands of assets (7,000+ at one facility), supporting variously configured teams, as well as coordinating suppliers, vendors and subs. * Daily operational oversight of multiple facility structures types: offices data centers storage auditorium & business centers parking structures SCIFs various food service outlets (store, cafeteria, catering), and fitness centers. * Management of multiple contract types (Cost+, FFP) up to $163M. * Manager of four-time award winning teams for: Facility Innovation (2006), Enhancing Customer Performance (2007 & 2011), and Supporting Corporate Total Culture (Corporate, Customers, and Community) (2010). * Invited member of President Bush's Dept of Labor' roundtable for High Growth Job Initiatives (2005 & 2006). * Assisted with, planned, designed, implemented, and managed design of multiple facilities around the world, as well as multi-facility management processes.
