I have several years of experience managing jobs and employees. I have been the sole proprietor of a small business where I handled all aspects of that business from hiring, procuring jobs to complete job logistics, supervising employees in the field, human resource issues, invoicing, and payroll. I have had job projects ranging from 2,000.00 to over $20,000,000. I have been solely responsible for every aspect of the business process. I completed a four-month internship at Revlon in Oxford, NC where I was instrumental in creating a preventative maintenance program. I have completed a PLC certification and a certificate in Mechatronics-Robotics and Machine Design at Vance Granville Community College.
