Highlights:

Negotiated a contract for 1,000,000 sq. Ft. Of Raised Access Flooring for the USAA Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. Project included presentations to the project Architects, Benam/Blair and Affiliates of Oklahoma City, Okla. once all design criteria was reviewed and agreed to a joint presentation was made to the design team of USSA and the Interior Designer Magdalene Karl of New York City. Concept was approved a contract was negotiated and awarded to Weber Architectural Products in my favor. Project is over 20 plus years ago and remains the worlds single largest product application to this day. WESTECH was a single source supplier to Caterpillar for 75 - 450 ton truck bodied to fit their chassis. On major problem, if their business slowed It had an negative effect on the company. Promoted thru the organization to President, CEO I analyzed the situation and developed a plan to notify Caterpillar we would be selling product to other OEM’s as well, directly to the mining groups globally. Set up licensee agreements in Australia and Chile. Had to offset the tariffs so as to be competitive in these locations. Program remains competitive and has secured a nice market share for growth & profitability.
