Mori-Seiki, OKK, Haas, Mazak, Hitachi-Seiki. * Conventional Equipment: Engine lathes, VTL's, chuckers, micro precision lathes, horizontal boring mills, jig borers, surface grinders, tool & cutter grinders, cylindrical ID/OD grinders, honing/lapping, and blanchard grinders. * CNC programming software: MasterCAM (multi-axis milling), Autodesk Powermill (for mold milling), and Rapid Output G- Zero (for multi-axis lathe with live tooling). * Modeling & Drawing software: Autodesk Power Shape for solid modeling & assy. dwgs. AutoCAD for production of part and assembly drawings and base geometry files for modeling and programming. * Work with all materials including exotics such as Titanium, Nickel, High Temp Stainless Steel and High Alloy Steels. Plastics of many types. * Trained in the application of statistical process analysis and statistical process control for quality and productivity improvement. * 20+ years leadership experience including frontline supervision and mid-management positions. * Experienced trainer. * Past employment includes Douglas Aircraft, Learjet Research, American Racing Custom Wheels along with many smaller job shops in which I gained a broad scope of machining technology and management experiences.
