Derek has over 25 years of Zoning / Planning design and execution of Commercial, mixed-use Residential and Industrial projects, as well as Facility Management. Commencing his career as a professional Archetural Engineer he has worked across a number of disciplines from design engineering to procurement and project management while emphasizing the development and applications of Green/Sustainable principles. Derek is recognized for exceeding Client expectations and goals by consistently delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting stringent quality environmental and safety standards. Known as a proactive 'go to leader' that can strategically implement projects, and effectively manage people to achieve organizational objectives.
