Superintendent and Project Management * Train, coach, and develop employees on safety initiatives * Manage and facilitate company programs/policies to safeguard employees * Oversee personnel programs and procedures related to management of risk reduction * Command budgets and project progress to maintain deadlines and completion rates * Furnish resources and equipment necessary to provide advisory and oversight services related to company accounts and programs * Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits, emphasizing hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and correction * Initiate, coordinate, and conduct safety meetings and training programs to communicate company policy and safety standards * Advise client on safety issues, evaluate potential hazardous situations and conduct environmental tests * Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety services provided at assigned client sites * Investigate root cause analysis of safety incidents and report completion * Authorize, change, and adjust work procedures to facilitate employee and public safety
