Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management * In charge of operational practices, making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates * Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth * Responsible for the results of all corporate inspections * Conduct and teach training classes * Train newly promoted District Managers * Perform P&L Reviews, while maintaining budgets * Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations * Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints * Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products * Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it * Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
