Description
I have over 30 years of experience in security, safety and treatment. Overseen the Housing Unit, Restrictive Housing Unit, and Medical Infirmary staff by providing security officers and assist medical staff as needed. Design the policy and procedure along with the schedule to provide the overall coverage of the Unit. Supervised the security staff, medical staff and maintenance staff working in my unit. The ability to communicate well with others and exercise good leadership. Experience in working with correctional professionals and collaborating with the community to bring resources and program to our returning citizens.
