Enjoys the construction business and the challenges that come with it. Knows the importance of researching the project location in order to accomplish the job safely, on time and under budget. Developed a good working relationship and open communication with the crews, sub-contractors and the vendors. When challenges arise am able to work with customers, crews and subcontractors to create a resolution. My goals on a project are to improve safety, production and profit. During previous company changes in ownership, was able to keep our crews and workforce together and keep them abreast of changes. Also, served as the mitigator working closely with landowners with whom the company had quarry lease agreements and transitioned the agreements to the new company
