I have 37 years experience in HVAC installation, service and repair 44 years experience in refrigeration installation, service and repair. I hold a HVAC license (#14213) and Refrigeration license (# 4066). I am well versed in electrical repair and installation. I am retired from the USN as a Chief Engineman. I have vast field experience from residential to large commercial and grocery store systems. I have extensive leadership experience and wrote technical manuals, operating instruction manuals and implemented Planned Maintenance Programs (PMS) on several U.S. Navy ships. While a Division Officer, I was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets. I hold a valid N.C. Driver's License (NC 4535382). I neither drink nor smoke.
