I have been a shade tree mechanic and trained as a carpenter / handyman since I was a child. * I am proficient at reading and researching contracts, blueprints, code manuals and other official documents such as HAZMAT and Safety manuals in order to ensure that all projects under my supervision meet or exceed all specifications safely and efficiently. * I am experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Power Point. * I am certified for Xactimate Level 1. * I can grasp and learn to use any software you need me to use rather quickly.
