Coordinated total system backup and recovery procedures from Irvine, restoring in Dearborn. Saved Data on Friday night thru Saturday, restored for full user access on Monday morning, SLA met systems totally operational Monday morning. Received accommodation from Mazda CIO, and Ford Motor Company CIO for on time and on budget. Additionally, conducted IT Audits for Mazda Canada, and Mazda North American Operations.
