This is a brief overview of the training that I have to offer your company. During the past twenty-six years I have been involved in all aspects of production from working the line to Plant Superintendent. I am used to working in a fast past environment while maintaining safety as well as quality and production. I have a very strong working knowledge of what it takes to run a safe and successful plant. I have the ability to build a very productive team while promoting the policies and procedures of the company. I also have a strong knowledge of computer systems and writing spreadsheets to track and control production needs and performance.
