Over the past 20 years, I have worked in the parking industry in a variety of roles. It has been very rewarding growing leaders in management and sales positions and seeing them thrive and succeed in their specific areas of the company. In addition to training employees, I have had the opportunity to manage parking structures that have from 15 to 3,000 parking stalls with various types of parking equipment. As a VP of Operations, Management and Sales, I have been part of teams who research, develop and present the best recommendations for the client and oversee the installation and management of the equipment. In addition, I introduced technology for ticketless valet allowing the guests mobile options for payment and communication with the parking team. More recently, I worked as a Project Manager overseeing the development, implementation, and sales of an app-less management system for a company that provides mobile payment services for self-parking operations. This app-less management system allows self-parking operators to avoid investing capital in equipment purchases and reduces future expenses in upkeep and labor.
