Responsibilities as an experienced as a Desktop Support Senior Level 3 Team Lead Nationally. Current assignment is to support the Walt Disney Company and subsidiaries with their Windows 10, 8.1, Windows 7 SP1 and Macintosh desktop computing issues. Third Level support of a wide range of software installations and repairs, driver installations and troubleshooting hardware and software problems by means of remote access using various access tools which includes but not limited to Microsoft SMS Remote Access tool, Dameware, PC Anywhere, NetMeeting, Remote Desktop, Casper and Apple Remote Desktop (ARD). A self-motivated and self-starter with 36 years of IT experience. Resourceful team player who interacts very well with staff, peers and clients.
