As a legal secretary in my previous position, I initiated different logs/charts in order to keep the work flow from the attorneys organized and easily accesible to look up by me or any other person who needed information. I prioritized my work in an efficient manner. I calendared important meetings, events, etc. I kept track of files; in, going in and leaving the attorneys' offices for which I was responsible. I managed maintenance of on-line files by saving documents and other important information forwarded to me via e-mail by the attorneys to free the attorneys from the task of on-line file maintenance. I transcribed letters, reports, documents and attorney billing. I composed correspondence for attorneys.
