I currently hold a certification in Clinical Laboratory Medicine (ASCP). My certifications include disciplines of Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank as well as phlebotomy and processing. . Here is just a little background from my employment history: I have five years of College level teaching: Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology, Medical Administrative Duties, Electronic Health Records, Clinicals, Phlebotomy, Minor Surgery, Diagnostic Laboratory Techniques, as well as some billing and coding using ICD 9 & 10 with CPT codes. As for administrative duties, I have experience in medical transcription, type 50 - 60 words a minute as well as, 12,000 numeric keystrokes/hr. I have excellent time management, organization, and social skills with the ability to get along with just about anyone.
