Molecular biology: Plasmid DNA isolation and purification, Genomic DNA and RNA isolation and purification from whole blood, fresh tissue and tissue blocks, PCR, qPCR, PCR-RFLP, PCR-SSCP, ARMS-PCR, DNA fragments cloning in plasmid, DNA transformation, DNA transduction. Cell culture techniques: Culturing and long-term preservation of different adherent and non-adherent cell lines. Establishment of stable cell lines by different transfection methods. Animal skills: Mouse handling, intraperitoneal, intravenous and subcutaneous injection, spleen, thymus and lymph nodes removal, establishing and breeding of mouse cancer models. Working with Viral Vectors: production, amplification, purification and transduction of Adenoviral, Retroviral and Lentiviral vectors in cell lines, Dendritic cells and T cells. Testing immunogenicity, efficacy and safety of viral transduced proteins to use them as novel vaccines. Exosomes: exosomes preparation from cell culture supernatants, isolation by ultracentrifugation and their flow cytometry analysis. Microbiology: Isolation, screening and identification of bacteria and fungi. Antibiotic screening. Hematology: WBC, RBC and Platelet count, microscopic analysis of peripheral blood smear etc.
