Find full -time work as Maintenance Experience: 2016 to present : Maintenance Director for American Lending Solutions in Columbus WI .Maintaining three separate Assisted living facilities, a grocery store Ace Hardware and other commercial buildings. I was responsible for monthlies emergencies scheduling tradesmen and vendors while over seeing maintenance crew. 2007 to 2016 : I have been a licensed General Building Contractor in the state of California. I have run both large and small jobs, both residential and commercial, leading large crews and organizing and overseeing subcontractors. As part of this experience I have worked on bidding, orchestrating and completing projects according to a precise timeline and budget. I am organized and methodical, a self-starter with a large bank of personal knowledge gleaned from my decades in the trades. 1999 to 2007: Owner and operator of Fox's Mobile Sandblasting. In my capacity as owner/operator, I was responsible for the upkeep and operations of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, which I maintained and repaired. I was also responsible for bidding out projects and for completing work within the projected timeline. 1995 - 1999 Kendal Contractors- Lead foreman responsible for crews and customer relations. I operated and performed maintenance on company backhoes, tractors and cranes. In addition to the above experience I am a Veteran of the US Army with 6 1/2 years of service and honorable discharge.
