I worked for yellow cab, and I was the night dispatcher, in this job I was responible for insuring the safty of the drivers and passengers,I worked one on one with about 40 to 50 drivers, giving directions to locating customers as well as tow service and 911 help. I made decessions that effected both the job, as well as employees that were working in my department.
