Description
16+ years' experience in software testing and IT consulting, specializing in Performance Engineering and Quality Assurance for client/server and web-based applications, including many lead and senior roles on very large projects. * Experienced in Agile, RUP, Waterfall, and CMM methodologies implementing Performance and QA processes and tools, developing test strategies, setting up test environments, designing and implementing test automation frameworks, metrics and measurement testing web services and middleware in multi-tier environments Software Quality Assurance techniques, Software Development Life Cycle, and Testing Life Cycle * Expertise in configuration management, automated and test management tools writing SQL for DB testing setting up test environments and managing various phases of testing * Good planning and organizational skills in coordinating with clients in all aspects of project, from inception through deployment * Ability to work under tight schedule constraints requiring multi-tasking * Highly conceptual and innovative problem solver with excellent organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, interfacing well with management, coworkers and customers
