Forty year's Licensing Experience in the Nuclear Industry having worked on both 10 CFR Part 50 and Part 52 Licensing submittals, to include work on Licensing Amendments for Extended Power Uprates Implementation of Improved Tech Specs 24-Month Fuel Cycles License Renewal, including assisting with drafting wording for Inspection, Testing, Analysis and Acceptance Criteria (ITAAC). I have also worked on Design Certification Applications, Combined License Applications, and Early Site Permit Applications. I most recently held a badge allowing unescorted access to a nuclear power plant at Entergy Nuclears Pilgrim Nuclear PowerStation (through June 22, 2018). I have a current U. S. Passport. Succinct and - Able to condense large amounts of technical information into a concise well-worded Concise document such as providing wording and format for multiple chapters of Tier 1 and assisted in formatting and wording of Tier 2 sections of the AREVA Evolutionary Power Reactor (EPR) Design Certification Document (DCD) submittal to the NRC. Authored numerous License Amendment Requests for Nine Mile Point, Monticello, Fort Calhoun Station and H.B. Robinson Nuclear Power Plants, to include license renewal, EPU, 24-month fuel cycles and an alternative source term. Communicable - Able to communicate complex technical issues and ideas to others answering RAIs in support of obtaining a 24-Month Fuel Cycle and a Scope Alternative Source Term License Amendment for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. Provided input and assisted in preparing and submitting the License Renewal Application and the responses to the RAIs for the Monticello Nuclear Plant. Also, prepared and attended presentations to the NRC regarding an EPU License Amendment Submittal for Fort Calhoun Station. Worked with NRC Project Manager and Site Staff to perform multiple partial implementations of Improved Technical Specifications for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Power Plant. Project managed contractors performing UFSAR updates for both the Brunswick and Robinson Nuclear Plants. Team Player - Able to work well with others in group efforts by participating as part of a Licensing Team that reviewed associated documentation and entered commitments into the NuStart database in support of obtaining the Combined Operating License for Vogtle Units 3 and 4 and V. C. Summer Units 2 and 3. Participated as part of a Licensing and Engineering Team that created, submitted to NRC, responded to RAIs and received a Renewed Operating License and created, submitted and received a License Amendment Request for 24-month fuel cycles for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. Participated as part of a Licensing and Engineering Team that created, wrote, edited and submitted to the NRC a Design Certification Document to license the AREVA EPR in the United States. Prepared and submitted Fukushima Submittals for Duke Energy's H. B. Robinson and Catawba Nuclear Stations while performing other Licensing duties.
