Accomplishments
Highlights:
In 2015, Aetna acquired Coventry Health Care and needed to migrate it’s Medicaid business into their operating system QNXT. We had over a million members to migrate, and we needed a road map for the Finance process. The IT-VP requested the road map several times to our department, where we had several team leads for the Finance modules. I initiated the process, held several meeting with QNXT’s IT (target system), production support, claims processing, billing processing, accounting and finance. I was able to construct both a manual as well as a flow chart that illustrated the ins and outs of the QNXT Finance process and ultimately how the GL was populated to create the required State reporting. I reviewed and presented the report to our management and our VP’s . I was commended and rewarded for my initiative and efforts. This was not an isolated instance of recognition, I have been promoted several times and given several spot bonuses for an excellent job done through out my career.Companies I like:
I would love to either continue with a Health Care IT team, or an IT related company where they create IT business solutions.
