Owner of Texas Building & Property Inspections P.C. as a TREC Professional Inspector. Residential and Commercial Certified. Project Manager and C.Q.C for a large Military Security Checkpoint Project for the United States Air Force. I managed all personal in the field and gave all the relevant briefing and office presentations for the forward movement of the project until final completion and certificate of occupancy. I supervised all civil works, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to include the redesigning needed in areas necessary to accomplish best end results for project completion. Owner and Q.P. of an Arizona Licensed General Contracting Design Build Company KB-1. I have built emergency medical centers, schools, municipal buildings and office front strip malls as a licensed general contractor. I have installed overhead electrical distribution systems and underground utilities. I have also designed and built many custom homes as a general contractor.
