Designed advanced powertrain and propulsion systems related to advanced hybrid/EV electrification component design, powertrain tribology control, fuel cell, and thermal management devices for improving energy efficiency, reduced friction & wear, emission reduction, electrification Emobility and manufacturing robustness. Most inventions have been integrated with the advanced vehicle manufacturing processes. 2. The total 25 US and international patents were issued on advanced energy efficient methods, hybrid propulsion system design, thermal management devices, battery materials, wear-resistant materials and its manufacturing these materials used in advanced powertrain components which have been improved in friction reduction, fuel economy, wear resistance, emission reduction, and reduction of E-drive noise and vibration and harshness. 3. The total cost saving created from my patents in advanced propulsion and powertrain components has been included over $ 8M annual cost savings, 35% energy efficiency improvement, 40% reduced powertrain material weight and 35% reduction in vehicle emission compared with conventional powertrain or hybrid vehicle design. 4. Received SAE three distinguished innovation awards for my outstanding professional leadership: Franz F. Pischinger Powertrain Innovation Award (2013), International Leadership Award (2015), and Edward Cole Automotive Technology Innovation Achievement Award (2011). 5.
