Description
Chief Engineer responsible for the overall management of all self-perform activities within the BMW Facilities, and supervises the ABM employees assigned to individual projects. Specific responsibilities include Planning, directing, managing, supervising and coordinates a multi-facility staff engaged in, but not limited to life safety, access control intrusion alarm systems, operation, repair and major maintenance of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ADA requirement and irrigation systems of facilities during normal and emergency situation.
