Currently working in Fire and Water Restoration Services for Commercial and Residential Services as a Project Manager. I was previously an Assistant Superintendent for Residential Home Builders. Material scheduling as well as job task scheduling to include scheduling subcontractors to complete the projects. Ordering materials, installation of doors, flooring countertops, cabinets, plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, window coverings, painting, hardware and trim. .Quality control of materials received on the project, inspecting all work completed, taking appropriate corrective standards and calling for required inspections by appropriate authorities at the required stages. Some duties include responsible for providing detailed takeoffs, ordering materials & equipment, maintaining a daily & weekly logs. Coordinating estimates with other Estimators, getting vendor quote. Painting, inspect each stage of construction, track costs, meet with inspectors, go over plans and work closely with the Quality Assurance Department, schedule sub-contractors to met our schedules and manage work. Have knowledge of California residential building practices, code requirements, and standards. I'm diversified in several areas of construction to include: Superintendent, Project Management and Customer Service, (have worked both the front and back end) and. I have performed office and field duties in the appraisal of new home real estate. I've worked with insurance adjusters, also responsible for Works from building permits, blueprints or other public records to obtain information on new building construction Sketches maps to assist in field location Performs inspections for new home owner arrival.
