COVER LETTER: Dear Hiring Manager, I have experience in the IT field. I have been project consultant and contractor working with architects and planners. Some of the things that I have done include data cabling, security cameras, system automation, and infrastructure. I was a member of a disaster recovery team. I have been a coordinator for 3 fulltime and 2 part time employees I have done project assessments, estimated budgets and set timelines and followed projects .to the completion. I have exposure to numerous different cultures and learning how to handle their needs. I have been doing maintenance of single/multi family dwellings for over 35 years and the past 3 years I have been doing single/multi family, commercial buildings and contract jobs. I have experience in remodeling, renovation locating buried utilities, installing AV systems and technical support for a family lawn care business.. I have doing maintenance, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, renovations, grass cutting, grounds, landscaping, irrigation. Plan and technical consultion and AV systems I have limited experience on refrigerate systems, other than troubleshooting, I have not gotten certified. I am detail oriented, frugal respectful and one that can access what needs to be done and gets it done. I know my limits and when to ask for assistance. Always keeping the customer in mind, the companies policies and health/safety of others and myself in mind. I have attended confined space training, fire extinguisher training, safety training programs, defensive driving, NEC, Data and fiber termination, blood-borne pathogens, Hazmat training and numerous manufacturers trainings and certifications. I have completed SMART training. I have been a trained leader in Boy Scouts for 13 years and Scoutmaster for 4 years. I am always willing to learn and try something new and to help better a team.
