Processed and respond to alleged guideline violations to satisfy PETR and VA audits. * Corrections to Desktop Underwriting, Post Consummation fees, updating change of circumstances, discuss and escalate any MRI or PR Issues. * Process request to correct clerical errors to mortgage deeds and/or riders with escrow and/or county.
