Large health system Revenue Cycle and Patient Financial Services experience in full-service, multi-hospital systems. * Expertise gained through the implementation of Epic electronic health record for all of Revenue Cycle operations for multiple hospitals as well as management of systems/applications that support end to end Revenue Cycle. * Responsible for the development, implementation and consistent application of Revenue Cycle and PFS departmental operational/strategic goals and objectives. Continually developed and implemented action plans for areas not meeting targets and goals. * Extensive PRIMES (HBOC) experience and knowledge Revenue Cycle systems liaison to PRIMES developed detailed workflows of Revenue Cycle systems that interface to PRIMES built and implemented PRIMES Collections System module.
