Over 20 years of experience in all aspects of running a medical practice. Range 0f experience includes: * Practice Assessment Reviewing daily operations within a medical facility to insure maximum efficiency, including full review of accounts receivables and accounts payables. Identifying problem areas pertaining to medical billing procedures and assisting in the implementation of advantageous policies and protocols. * Human Resources Management Hiring, training, and evaluation employees of physician practices to ensure each employees' contributions are maximized. Update and institute employee policies to meet appropriate standards for compliance with rules and regulations. * Construction Management Assisting physicians in the planning and design of their medical practice, including the renovation, transferring and maintaining the facility. * Medical Financial Management Assisting physicians in evaluating current financial status, payer reimbursement rates and office expenditures to maximize overall profitability. * Medical Fee for Service Billing Knowledgeable in all areas of Medicaid, Medicare and Blue Cross FFS coding and electronic billing, including completion of claims and follow-up procedures.
