I have 20+ years of experience in retail leadership leading retail supercenter locations of up to 400 team members, 20 members of a management team which include both salaried and hourly. I have led stores with annual sales as high as 80 million. I have seen the highest of success levels within my career and have received several leadership and company awards for same store sales growth, achieving a culture of safety within my stores that no other store executive has achieved, and for growing talent from within. I also have led many initiatives with my last company that I rolled out that are continuing to be practiced to this day. I accepted many stretch assignments that had me simultaneously leading a supercenter and traveling to train other store executives on different initiatives that either my team had implemented within my stores or the company rolled out to the entire chain.
